办理佛山代表处Register representative office in Foshan
一、办理外商投资企业中国代表处所需要提供的文档：Documents required
1、 公司注册证书复印件（外国公司要中国驻当地的大使馆、领事馆或当地律师行对该证书的认证原件）。Provided the copy of company registration certificate and the notary public document of original certification by embassy or consulate of China or local law firm;
2、 资信证明（由外方所开账户银行出具）Provided the credit certification (The title to Foshan Administration of Industrial and Commercial Bureau and FSBOFEC ,remark how many savings in A/C issued by bank);
3、 首席代表及一般代表大一寸彩照8张。ID (passport) and 8×1″color photos of chief delegate and general representative .
4、 场地证明：租赁合同（须备案）、产权证明。Certificate of business place: Registered the lease contract and certificate of property title.
5、 申请书。Provided the application form（by us ）.
二、办理时间Time：约25-30个工作日 about25-30 working days.
此费用已包含我司的服务费、政府登记费用、刻章费、国地税证费、代码证费等政府部门收费。/This fee includes our agent fee and the necessary government fee.
三、成立后的文件包括：工商登记证原件（Registration Certificate issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce）、组织机构代码证及IC卡（Enterprise Code Certificate issued by the State Bureau for Technology Supervision and IC card）、公章(Seal)、财务章(Financial Chapter)、私章(Personal Chapter)、国税登记证(State Tax Registration Certificate )、地税登记证(Local Tax Registration Certificate )。
四、备注/Remark：
1、 完成代表处的注册后,本司可为阁下提供申请居留证的服务。/When the representative office is finished by us, we can help u apply the resident permit.
