必须资料Necessary materials：
1．Copy of Registration certificate foreign enterprises permanent office in china/單位營業執照（副本）影本或登記證、註冊證影本
2． Employment Registration of foreigners in china/《就業登記表》；
3．2Copies of the passport and the newest visa page/外國人護照個人資料頁和最新簽證頁的影本；(Provided the ”Z” visa copy)
4．Certification of the work relationship with the company , the employ contract or the certificate of representative, the certificate sent by the oversea company）/勞動關係證明（聘用合同或任命書、代表證、派遣證明等）
5． Physical examination report/體格檢查；
6． Copy of External temporary lodging registration forms of personnel /(provided by the public security department) /《境外人員臨時住宿登記表》影印本（由公安部門出具）；
7． 10Photos (passport size)/大一寸彩色免冠相片照片;
须时Time: About 30 workdays/約30個工作日;
备注Remark：
1、The physical examination report provided by the designated hospital；健康證明由指定醫院出局。
2、External temporary lodging registration forms of personnel, you can get the form from the local police station or the hotel you are staying. /《境外人員臨時住宿登記表》若在社區居住的此表到社區所在派出所辦理；若在酒店居住，此表可向前臺出具。
3、办理Z 签证须到所在国的中国大使馆或领事馆办理。/Please go to Chinese Embassy in your country to do with, which the invitation letter of permission need to be provided by the enterprise in China and Foreign and overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau of Foshan municipality confirmed.
