☑ Foreign ordinary personnel who meet the needs of the domestic labor market and engage in temporary, seasonal, non-technical or service work in accordance with national policies and regulations, and meet certain conditions, are determined to be classified as Category C, and the state implements quota management.
Conditions for applying for a work permit for foreigners to come to China
First of all, the basic requirements for the employer are: 1. The employer should be established in accordance with the law and have no record of serious violations and dishonesty; 2. The position employed by foreigners should be positions with special needs, there is a temporary vacancy of suitable candidates in China, and there is no violation of relevant national regulations; 3. The payment of wages and salaries to foreigners shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard. Laws and regulations stipulate that it should be approved by the competent department of the industry in advance, and approval is required.
Secondly, the basic requirements for applicants: 1. Application materials for foreigners to come to China for work permits
